Delete your BnBongo account

You can delete your BnBongo account (guest or host) yourself at any time. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
In the app
BnBongo app: open Me, scroll down and tap "Delete my account".
BnBongo Host app: on Today, scroll down and tap "Delete my account".
Enter your password, tick "I understand", and tap "Delete my account".
On this website
Sign in below and delete your account here.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted: your profile, phone number, email, profile photo, saved stays and your sign-in.
Kept without your name: past bookings, payments and reviews (needed by the other guest or host and for accounting).
Hosts: your listings are taken down.
You can’t delete your account while a booking is in progress.
Can’t sign in?
Email support@bnbongo.co.tz from the email address on your account (or tell us your phone number) and we will delete it within 30 days.
